These Terms govern access to and use of the Dragonfod Dynamics website at dragonfod.com and any sub-domains ("the Site"). By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Who we are

Dragonfod Dynamics is a Welsh defence startup founded in 2026. Our office is at Plas Afon, Betws-y-Coed, Conwy LL24 0BN, Wales. Full company registration details are available on request from legal@dragonfod.com.

2. Purpose of the Site

The Site exists to provide public-facing information about our products and programmes. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer to sell, an export licence, a licence to use any of our technology, or a contract of any kind.

3. Customer eligibility

Dragonfod products and services are supplied exclusively to the United Kingdom government, the United States government, and a small number of treaty allies approved jointly by UK MOD and US DoD. Requests for briefings, partnership discussions, or procurement information from any other party cannot be actioned.

4. Export controls

Our products contain technology controlled under UK export control legislation (including the Export Control Order 2008 and the Export Control Act 2002) and US export controls (including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations, 22 CFR 120-130). You must not attempt to obtain controlled information, technical data, or software from the Site without appropriate authorisation.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, logos, imagery, code, technical drawings, and product names ("DF-5", "DF-60", "Cipher OS", "Cipher Terminal", "Orion", "Dragonfod") — is owned by Dragonfod Dynamics Ltd or licensed to us, and is protected under UK and international intellectual property law. Nothing on the Site grants any licence to use those marks or content except as strictly required to view the Site in an ordinary web browser.

7. Press and editorial use

Journalists and editorial outlets may reproduce short extracts of Site copy and brand assets for editorial coverage, provided the extract is accurate and attribution is given. Press kits are available on request via press@dragonfod.com.

8. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party resources. We do not control those resources and accept no liability for their content or behaviour.

9. Availability

We try to keep the Site online and accurate, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular information on it is current. We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of the Site at any time, without notice.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always published at this URL with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. The courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of them.
